Welcome to The 3D Scene.
Over the years I have gained much of the inspiration for my own work, through the work and enthusiasm of other artists, great and small. It does not matter if it was an Oil Painting from one of the masters, or the raw enthusiasm from a person that had just purchased their very first graphics program...they have all inspired me in some way.
So
here it is, my way of trying to give back to the graphics community, a
little of what they have happily given me in the past. My main hope is
that you have a pleasant and enjoyable time while you are here, but if
I can inspire just one person during their visit, then I will be one
very happy person.
"What
have you got on offer?", I hear you ask. My intention is to
eventually have a well rounded site, that will appeal to everyone.
Obviously the main focus of attention within this site is my art work,
consisting mainly of 3D creations created with various graphics
software. There will also be my attempts at other styles of 2D
computer art...and when I'm feeling really bold, maybe some sketches with
good old pencil and paper. Over
time, I hope to offer a growing database of downloads (which will
include textures and 3D meshes in various formats), and also tutorials
on various aspects of computer art, and the programs that I use. So
here it is, The 3D Scene...enjoy your stay. Martin
