What's New

24 June 2006

After a long delay, I have finally uploaded a new image to The Landscape Gallery  titled "The Pillars Of Danork". My first fantasy/Sci-Fi piece for some time, so any critique is gratefully received.

01 December 2005

Just a small update to my previous new image "The Clearing". I mistakenly uploaded the wrong version (an Adobe RGB colour space image). You will now find that my brain has now engaged gear and uploaded the correct version. Hopefully you find it more enjoyable than the previous version.

28 November 2005

A new image for The Landscape Gallery today, titled "The Clearing". An attempt at recreating a realistic waterfall within Vue 5 Infinite...not an easy task, but a lot of fun.

06 November 2005

Another picture update, this time to The Subject Gallery with "Greeble". Cubes modelled in Modo 103 and imported into Vue 5 Infinite and applied as Ecosystem materials. Expect more updates along the same theme as i feel I can take this much further. Hopefully you will enjoy my latest journey into a new theme.

04 November 2005

I updated The Landscape Gallery today with "Karelian Autumn". It is my first completed image with Vue Infinite and original created for the inaugural contest for the Cornucopia3D website which I was very pleased to find I had been voted a "Second Honourable Mention" for. Hopefully I'll have more Vue Infinite images coming soon, so please keep checking back.

18 September 2005

Today I updated The Landscape Gallery with "Summer Seclusion". After a long break away from Terragen I decided to spend some time re-acquainting myself with it's material editor and giving the new 3d preview a try in the newer version. I hope you you enjoy the results of my afternoons "play".

18 July 2005

Updated The 2D & Fractal Gallery with three new images, "Vortex", "Ethereal" and "Spiral Chaos". All are fractals created in the excellent freeware flame fractal program "Apophysis". Another update to the website that I hope you enjoy.

16 July 2005

As promised a few days ago, I have finally opened The Photography Gallery. All images are quite old. "Fury" (a nature study), probably dating back about 5 years and 3 photographs from a trip to St Petersburg back in October 2003.

I hope you enjoy my long awaited update to the galleries and I look forward to showing you even more from my photographic archive soon.

12 July 2005

Yes, it really is me and I'm back at last! It has been to long since I last updated this website...well over a year. A long and difficult year, so to be able to finally write an update gives me a great amount of joy. Over the next few weeks I'll be updating with new images and hopefully get The Photography Gallery open at last. It's great to be back...so please keep checking back for updates.

28 February 2004

Added another Ultra Fractal image to The 2D & Fractal Gallery today titled "Hidden Delights". With this one I experimented with lighting gradients to try and get 3D looking effects. Maybe my last fractal based image for a while as I need to concentrate on a couple of 3D projects, but who knows....;-)

22 February 2004

Well, it seems I have been inspired by using Ultra Fractal 3, as I have added another image to The 2D & Fractal Gallery titled "Mitrocoma". This ones dedicated to my good friend Mary, who came up with the name. Thank you Mary :-)

20 February 2004

I added a new image to The 2D & Fractal Gallery titled "Mystic Inequality" today. Created in Ultra Fractal 3, it is my first fractal image for some time. I hope you find the results pleasing.

01 January 2004

May I wish everyone a very happy and prosperous New Year. Well, after a long time between any major updates I have decided to give the gallery area of the website a small re-design to accommodate two new sections. The first is The Animation Gallery with the first animation "Mars Flyby" added. The second section is The Photography Gallery, which I hope to add photographs to soon. Please keep checking back as I plan to make numerous updates over the coming months.
